    How many cups will this make?

    Each 6oz bag is 171 grams. Depending on how strong you make your coffee, you should get between 12-7 cups of coffee per bag. (60-35 cups per pack).

    What type of beans do you use?

    We only roast high-grown, Arabica coffees of the highest quality.

    Is your coffee mold-free?

    Yes, all our coffees are exclusively mold free. Our green coffee importer has built in food safety plans to ensure every coffee we receive before roasting is free of mycotoxins, molds or ochratoxins.

    How fresh is your coffee?

    When you receive your coffee, it is typically 4-12 days after roasting. We roast multiple times per week, and with 2 cafes in the Nashville area, we're constantly replenishing coffees so everything is always fresh.

    How should I store my coffee?

    The best way to store your coffees is in an airtight, room temperature container.  Our bags come with a one way, degassing valve, which is perfect for storing coffee. just make sure you squeeze out all of the air. A canister made specially for fresh roasted coffee is also helpful, since air can be forced from the container to prevent oxidation.

    For Dark bean lovers each of these are full of deep aroma, and after griding provide the darkest and flavorful coffee I've ever had, may except in Europe somewhere which was deep expresso.

    Finally a Company in America That Is Not Afraid to Roast Dark

    Relieved when they offered this sample pack. It may seem expensive; but the quality is obvious. Beans are pristine, not one broken bean noticed in any bag. Roasted dark enough to bring out the surface oils. As someone who absolutely loathes the "Green" notes that it seems every other Roaster caters to, Becks is a refreshing find. We loved every coffee. Each roast is expertly blended to create a purpose-driven result. Although there are "Green", bright notes in Farmhouse in particular...it is blended that way intentionally. These notes help lighten the cup and bring out a bit of depth. Although not mentioned by Becks, I believe Farmhouse will be great as a COLD Brew. Shocking for me was just how much we enjoyed Daybreak. No "Green" notes and more of a darker medium roast. We normally do not go for medium roast coffees, but this one is SUPERLATIVE. Outstanding job. We will be getting 5lb bags of a couple of these roasts on future orders.
