High Priest is heavenly.

The Ethiopian High Priest is a truly delicious dark roast spin on Ethiopian coffees. I like it much better than Yirgacheffe but not as much as Sidamo. It's a milder dark toast with a very good taste and palate feel, another solid dark roast without any bitterness or bite. Exceptionally smooth. I could easily drink one cup or six. Simply delicious. I'll be placing my third order in the near future.

Smooth, full, robust, and all those other good coffee things.

I love dark roast coffee; grew up in New Orleans drinking coffee and chicory, followed by an Army career fueled by (mostly bad) coffee.

This Ethiopian High Priest coffee is the best I've had! I don't have the "coffee vocabulary", so I'll just say this tastes phenomenal - no bitterness, very smooth, rich, and full. THis will take a permanent place in my Aeropress!

Good coffee

This roast is very strong with only a slight bitter taste associated with many other dark roast. It's flavorful without hints of fruits or nuts just coffee
I highly recommend this for those who enjoy a good strong brew

I love all the dark roasts. The Ethiopian High Priest, Italian Gold and Farmhouse are my top 3 favorites. Worth every penny every time.

FAQs

How soon will I get my coffee?

Typically your order ships within 2-3 days of the time you placed your order, but sometimes we're able to ship as soon as the same day!

Is your coffee mold free?

All of our coffees are 100% MOLD FREE and must pass multiple safety tests before we ever receive the raw green beans for roasting. You can sip assured knowing your drinking the highest quality coffees available. P.S. Most of the hype around "moldy coffee" has been blown out of proportion for the sake of new coffee companies using it as a marketing ploy, just fyi.

What type of beans do you use?

Here at Beck's Farmhouse, we DO NOT skimp when it comes to our coffees. Although our coffees come from all over the world, every single one of our offerings is a premium high-end variety that you will never find in a big box store. In the words of our importer, "You guys (Beck's) buy the top 5% of the top 20% of coffees that we offer."

How fresh is my coffee when I receive it?

We roast almost every day, and we ship orders every week day. WIth that said, by the time you get your coffee, it's usually only 4 to 9 days after roasting, making it INSANELY fresh.
